General Policies

• Rental Agreement & Waiver must be signed to confirm your reservation.
• Cancellations:
  • 7+ days prior – Full refund available
  • 4-6 days prior – 50% refund
  • 0-3 days prior – No refunds
• No refunds on early returns
• Keep it clean! A $100 excessive cleaning fee may apply if needed.
• No smoking or alcohol in or around the vehicles.
• Single riders only – no lap riding.
• Stay dry! No driving into water.
• Avoid soft sand to prevent getting stuck.
• We reserve the right to cancel rentals due to unsafe conditions.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

MOKE Policies

• Must be 25+ to rent & 21+ to drive
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Insurance: Proof of full coverage auto insurance required
• Multi-Day Rentals: Must have access to a 120V outlet for charging
• $500 security deposit required at rental, refunded upon safe return
• Road Restrictions:
  • No driving on HWY 361 (south of Ave G)
  • No sidewalks or roads over 35 MPH speed limit
  • Do not drive past Mile Marker 45 on the beach
• Follow all Texas vehicle laws
• Tow Policy: Only Mokes & Spokes Rentals may tow Mokes (fees may apply)

E-Bike Policies

• Riders must be at least 15 years old (under 18 need a parental signature)
• Helmet: Required by law for riders under 18, highly recommended for all (provided with rental)
• Single Rider Only
• Bike Lock: Avoid locking to trees, fences, or prohibited structures (lock included)
